Year In Review: Girls XC

The Sabers girls' cross-country team or as they like to call themselves the “Slaybers” are a tight-knit group of hardworking girls who love to run! Over the cross-country season, the girls on the team have created a tightly bonded team that supports each other through their hard times. One of their favorite memories is what they call “long runs” the team would wake up early on the weekends and go on a run together, these runs would get progressively longer and more difficult. The team also bonded by playing ultimate frisbee and simply talking to each other.
